Max L. Bohn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Max L. Bohn of Castalia, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bohn and Mildred Bohn; his siblings, Patricia Gardner, Jack, Bill and George; his siblings-in-law, Duane Gardner (Pat), Calvin Payne (Rita), Virginia Bohn (Jack), Delores Bohn (George), Rita Payne (Calvin) and Janet Payne (Ted); and his mother-in-law Nona Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Payne; his children, Jeanine Bankieris (Ron), Lorrie Mitnik (Rich), David Bohn (Kathy) and Michael Bohn; his grandchildren, Randy Cox (Jen), Bryan Cox, Tony Bankieris (Taylor), Jessica Bunce (Jeremy), Tyler Matter (Crystal), Taylor Brooks (Travis), Jacob Mitnik and Jordan Roberts (Bryce); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Bohn and Ted Payne. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the The Chapel (4444 Galloway Rd, Sandusky, OH 44870).
