It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kevin Fultz of Castalia, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Mary Lucille Fultz, Sr. (Kochensparger). He is survived by: his wife Christina M. "Tina" Fultz (Caponi); his daughters, Kaylen M. Hymore (Derek) of Vermilion, Alysa M. and Krystina N. Fultz of Sandusky; his granddaughters, Lillian G. Caldwell, Gwendelyn R. Hymore and Avielle H. Hartle; and his brothers, William A. Fultz, Jr. of Castalia, Daniel C. Fultz, Sr. (Dian) of Berlin Heights, Richard A. Fultz of Vickery and David G. Fultz, Sr. (Rhonda) of Castalia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 health concerns, wearing of face masks (they will be offered) and social distancing will be mandatory.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his memory to the Firelands Military Vehicle Group Scholarship Fund, 1319 Pearl Street, Sandusky, OH 44870.
