He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nelson and Mildred Woodruff, Sr. (Wobser); his daughter Penny Canfield; and his siblings, Paul Woodruff, Gloria Anderson, Mary Bolden and Janet Gore.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Woodruff of Clyde. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 health concerns, the wearing of face masks (they will be offered) and social distancing will be mandatory.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Stein Hospice Service, Inc., 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870 or to one's favorite charity.
