He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hillenbrand and Dorothy Hillenbrand (Harp); and his brother Bernie Hillenbrand. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hillenbrand (VanCauwenbergh); his daughters, Heidi Troyer (Isaac) and Hayley Alten (Billy); his grandchildren, Adam, Breanna and Ensley; and his brother Thomas Hillenbrand. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
