She is survived by: her husband John Thomas Harvey of Castalia; her daughters, Anita "Karen" Perry (Homer) of Sandusky, Janice Marie McKinney (Marvin) of Bayview and Melinda Lee Harvey of Castalia; her grandchildren, Jonathon Kaleb Isaac McKinney (Ashley), Ashley Marie McKinney (AJ), Alexia Denae Phoenix (Clifford) and Sarah Michelle Perry (Justin, Sr.); her great grandchildren, Savannah Grace McKinney, Justin Alexander Haslett, Jr., Alie, Lydia Hamilton, Jason and MaKenna Hoy; and her siblings, George Jacobs (Lois) of Castlewood, VA, Wendell Jacobs of Castlewood, VA, Phillip Jacobs of Castlewood, VA and Ethel Salyer of Blountville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many more close relatives and friends.
