He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllys White (Fannin); his parents, Clarence White and Darthula White (Tackett); his children, Phyllys Ann and Harold David; his granddaughter Lisa Marie; and his sister Charlene Tufono.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim White (Deb), Mark White (Marie) and Steve White; his grandchildren, Danny, Ashlee, Caleb and James; his great grandchild Lily; and his siblings, Doris Ballard, Hubert, Alonzo, Ralph and Gene White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
