He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Bollinger and Park Bollinger; and his sister Donna Leinaweaver. He is survived by: his wife Laureen Bollinger; his sister Jean Thompson; and his children, Sally Serrano, Paris Bollinger (Sue), Amy Maag (Steve) and Jason Bollinger (Nicole). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
