He is survived by: his wife Thelma Kathleen McKinney (Compton); his children, Greg (Diane), Randy (Joyce), Perry (Carol) and Lori Wobser (William); his siblings, Delbert McKinney (Maryann), Don McKinney (Diane), Yvonne Payne (Thomas) and Shirley Rhee (David); his grandchildren, Christopher, Erik, Shaun, Christine, Andrew, Joshua and Morgan; and his stepgrandchildren, Justin, Nathan, Lauren, Jennifer, Tracy, Holly and William IV. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
