He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Sullivan and Wanda Sullivan (Kincaid). He is survived by: his children, Amanda Berlin and Danny Curtis Sullivan Jr. (Maggie); his grandchildren, Katie, Collin Sullivan, Michael, James and Wyatt; and his siblings, Trudy Foster (Doug), Tina Ruch (Jeff) and Lee Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
