Carol Ann James Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2023, at the age of 82, Carol Ann James of Castalia, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Albert Welch, Sr. and Ruth Waneta Welch (Stillwell); her son William Ray "Billy" James; and her siblings, Charles Albert "Chum" Welch, Jr., Sharon Sue Welch Staggs, Barbara Jean Welch and Perry Stephen Welch.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" James; her children, David James (Sharon) and Barb Stierhoff (Mark); her grandchildren, Jason James, Jeffery James (Jordan), Amanda Ferguson (Adam) and Adam Stierhoff; her great grandchildren, Jakob, Jackson, Alec, Tessa, Tyson, Jenna, Amelia, Ella, Alydia, Alayna, Jane, Addilyn, Jaclyn and Jensen; and her brother Ronald Welch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and close friends.
