He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ringley and Maggie Ringley (McClellan); and his sister Agnes Kilgore. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. McClellan (Moretz); his daughter Carolyn Garbe (Ned) of Sandusky; his grandsons, Todd Garbe (Kelly) of Huron and Brian Garbe (Heather) of Castalia; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Kyla, Ali and Landon; and his sister Jackie Drake of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
