He is survived by: his children, Teresa Lynn Brush (Michael) of Piqua and Tina Yvonne Hunter (Michael) of Troy; his sister Mary Nora Sturgill of Huntington, W. V; his grandchildren, David Bruce Williams (Pamela), Jennifer Marie Wapplehorst (Ben), Christopher M. Brush, Roger Dean Hines II (Angie Noon) and Colt Lee Hines (Ashley Zimorski); and his great grandchildren, Kasan North, Kolton Hines, Konnor Hines, Haven Lynne Hines, Kaitlynn Marie Hines, Sophie Floyd, Ryan Michael Williams, Sarah Nicole Williams, Emily Grace Williams, Brooklynn Renee Scott, Elizabeth Rose Scott, Andrew David Wappelhorst, Briana Wappelhorst, Emma Wappelhorst, Olivia Wappelhorst and Amery Wappelhorst.
