She is survived by: her children, Etta Paugh of Springfield, OH and Charles Murphy of Casstown, OH; her grandchildren, Etta Marie Kettlehake (Kenny), Brenda Lea Preston (Jerry), Elizabeth Jean Shambaugh (Neal) and Savannah Smith; her great grandchildren, Jarvis Kettlehake (Rebecca), Angela Dom (Ray), Elizabeth Phillips (Scott), Gregory Shambaugh (Crystal), Gerald Preston (Heather), Rebecca Whitten (Bradley), Jesse Kettlehake and Jessica Shambaugh; her husbands, Barbara Smith and McComas "Doc" Murphy; her sisters, Louise, Dorothy, Nancy, David, Carlton, Mayford and Dale; and also Gary Smith. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, including a special niece.
