He is survived by: his children, Joel Welbaum (Vicky) of Covington and Wendy Adams (John Lusk) of Troy; his sisters, Doris Wilhelm of West Milton and Hope Fry of Troy; his grandchildren, Jess, Chad, Jackie Welbaum, Devin, Lee, Ashlyn Adams and Jessica Lauber; and his great grandchildren, Ivy and Braelyn Lemasters.
