She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Hilgeford and Alma Hilgeford (Leeper); and her husband Wilbur A. Rowe. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslye Barringer (Brent) of Casstown, Lisa Brooks (Jerry) of Elizabeth Township, Linda Kunz (William) of Hillsville, VA and Lorrie Parker (Gary) of Montgomery, TX; her grandchildren, Lucy Reck (Michael), Travis Welbaum (Makayla), Jason Chiles (Michelle), Cheyenne Parker and Lakota Parker; and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Gough of Tipp City. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
