He is survived by: his parent Vera "Geneva" Frazier (Hall) of Fortville, IN; his wife Nikki Frazier (Jones); his children, Jasmine Hayes of Casstown and Jason Hodge of Fairborn; and his brothers, William Frazier III, Levi Frazier and Walter "Mose".
