He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sotzing and Dorthabel Sotzing (Schilling); his daughter Suzanne; his son-in-law Christopher Gingrey; and his brother Kenneth Sotzing.
He is survived by: his wife Fonda Sotzing (Morgan); his children, Michael Sotzing (Jill) of Casstown, OH, Kimberly Donaldson (Scott) of Fletcher, OH, Misha Girard (Jonathan Hipsher) of Centerville and Erika Vogel (Michael Lang) of Casstown, OH; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Hasty (Brandon), Chelsea (Tim McVety), Kayla Gingrey, Roderick Sotzing, Derek Noe (Diamond McNiel), Kyle Noe (Haley), Braxton Donaldson (Alayna), Griffin Girard, Jesse Girard, Colton Vogel and Calvin Vogel. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
