It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Mae Johnson of Carrollton, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dane and Mary Caroline Pritts (Galleher); her husband Marion Lee Johnson; and her siblings, William Pritts and Mary Elizabeth Heffelfinger.

She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Cooper (William) of Malvern, Marguerite Cooper (Rex) of Avon Lake and Frederick Johnson (Darlene) of Hartville; her sisters, Lynda Nicholas (Nick) of Inverness, FL, Patricia Thomas of Austin, TX and Evelyn Garrett of Oxford, FL; and her sister-in-law Martha Pritts of Barberton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
