He was predeceased by: his father George R. Palmer; his grandparents, Frank, Lucille Jones, Wallace and Laura Palmer; and his brother-in-law John Morrow.
He is survived by: his mother Neala Howell (Jones); his sons, Chris (Crystal) of Kilgore and Ben (Carly) of Kilgore; his wife Robin (Morrow); his grandchildren, Cyrus and Mallaree Palmer; his sons, Dylan Palmer and Jake Conaway; his siblings, Ray (Dusty), Andy (Annette), Corey Palmer, Jennifer Kaser, Tracy Kennedy (Jeff) and Carol; his brother-in-law Pete McIntire; his niece Chelsea Elmore; his nephew Derek McIntire; and his uncle Elmer Palmer. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carrollton FFA chapter. Checks should be made out to the Carrollton Board of Education with a note on the memo line "Palmer donation to FFA" and mailed to 205 Scio Rd., Carrollton, OH 44615.
