He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Marteney; his children, Tammee Burgan-McIntyre, Jeffrey Wendell (Connie) and Abbi Gallon (John R.); his grandchildren, Amanda Tubaugh (Ronald) of Carrollton, Daniel Burgan (Ashley) of Cairo, Andrew Burgan (Kat) of Alabama, Rodney Wendell (Kayla) of Carrollton, Kady Jacoby (Adam) of East Sparta, Shelby Gallon (Tyler Rodgers) of Salem, Hannah Gallon (Brock Samdanet) of Canton and Harley Gallon (Quinten Arkenburg) of New Philadelphia; his great grandchildren, Constantine, Nadia, Ashton Burgan of New York, Ethan, Brady Tubaugh of Carrollton, Kaleigh, Jaxon Burgan of Alabama, Ryan, Briley Wendell of Carrollton, Jagger Jacoby of East Sparta, Melody and Harmony Rodgers of Salem; his sisters, Sally Schissler and Sandra Radcliff of Carrollton; and his close friends, Bud Randal of Minerva and Ken Branch of Akron.
