He is survived by: his children, Austin Green and Jade Green; his parent Darlene Eidson (Mike); his grandmother Cindy Green; his siblings, David Deem, Lester Deem (Mickey), Christopher Green (Nichole) and Trista Deem; his close friend Nikki Biggs; and his aunts and uncles, James Green (Jan), Stanley Green, Lisa Satterfield, Theresa Vitavec and Tamara Murphy (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
