Shepherd of Carrollton, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Dick" H. Shepherd and Janet Shepherd (Hartsouk); his children, Morgan Staley (Zack), Josh Shepherd and Catherine Shepherd; his grandson Parker Staley; his siblings, Chris Shepherd (Laurie) and Heather Dunlap (Steve); and his nephews, Ryan Shepherd and Cade Dunlap. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
