She was predeceased by: her father Frank D. Mapes; and her husband Keith. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Hardesty Mapes of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Ellis Durbin, Makenzie Sproull, Jozlynn Smith, Jocelynn Burkhart and Dallas Sproull; her siblings, Doug Mapes (Peggy) and Cindy Mapes; and also, Cassandra Smith and Sabrina Durbin (Jeremy Sproull).
