He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donna Monnot, Bob and Homer Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Dolly Hoffman (McGinnis); his daughter Danielle Frank (Michael) of Carrollton; his brother Ed Hoffman of Columbiana; and his grandchildren, Madison and Morgan.
