She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Phillips and Blanche Phillips (Carpenter); her husband Dick; her son Mike Trushel; and her siblings, Alfred Phillips and Rosalie Phillips Dewalt.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Trushel (Sandy) and Darrell Trushel (Shelly); her grandchildren, Liberty Mallernee, Lindsey Trushel, Jacob Trushel, Collin Glasser, Jonathan Taylor Trushel, Peggy Horn, Curtis Trushel and Colton Trushel; and her sister Mary Ellen Lugo of Arizona. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
