He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Capper; his parents, Lee Eckley and Ethel Deck Eckley; and his siblings, Ralph, Absalom, William "Bill", Helen, Frances and Lois Isabelle.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Eckley and Laura Brady; his sister Shirley Eckley; his grandchildren, Robert, Matthew and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Anna, Russell, Kourtnee, Santana and RJ; and his great great grandchildren, Mechanna, Charlie May and Emery.
