She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Gamble and Nancy Gamble (Slutz). She is survived by: her husband Monroe W. Townsend; and her children, Kimberly Townsend, Crystal Slabaugh (Vaughn), Todd Townsend (Tonya), Daniel Townsend, Jeffrey Townsend (Ginger) and Troy Townsend (Angela). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
