He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam R. Jakubowski and Stella Gruszecki Jakubowski; his wife Anna; and his brother Bernard (Shirley). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Lane (Brian) of Andover, Ohio, Eugene Jakubowski (Margaret) of Green and John (Tonia) of Marysville, Ohio; and his sister Mary McGaffic (Roger) of Stevenson, Virginia.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
