She is survived by: her husband Ronald Betz; her stepchildren, Jo Hepner, Vicki Minard (Merrell), David Betz and Donald Betz; her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Grigsby, Amber Steele, Edward Minard and Ashley Kunkel; and her siblings, Donna Tuttle (Gary), Ron Greene (Judy) and Roger Greene (Cathy).
