It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret M Hinebaugh of Carrollton, Ohio, born in Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Hall and Geraldine Hall (Pennington); her husband Robert A. Hinebaugh; her children, David Myers, Debbie Bailey (Ron) of Malvern, Brenda Elder (Brian) of Malvern and Dewayne Foster (Sue) of Waynesburg; her siblings, Nancy Parsons of Canton and Rick Kitts of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Chris, Tiffany, Nathan, Ashley, Trevor and Paige; her great grandchildren, Madison, Brooke, Evan, Alyssa, Kayla, Mariah, Hunter and Teaghan; and her pet Barney.
