She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli H. Riggle and Hazel Riggle (Clark); her husband Darrell E. Garrett Sr.; and her siblings, Donny and Nancy.

She is survived by: her children, David E. Garrett, Darrell Garrett Jr. (Tracy) and Annette Nichols (Robert). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.
