He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buehler and Arna Lappin Buehler; his wife Shirley Mills; and his brothers, Dean and Wilfred.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Buehler (Carla) of Georgia and Lisa Hillman of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kimberly Buehler, Kyle Hillman, Kimberly Hillman and Adam Hillman; and his siblings, Dwight Buehler and Shirley Wilkin.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dodds Funeral Home-Carrollton (129 N Lisbon St, Carrollton, OH 44615). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Loy's name to Belle's House, 613 High Street, Carrollton, OH 44615.
