He is survived by: his son Jason Wayne Baxter; his brother Jerry Baxter; his wife Barb Baxter; his children, Barbara Reed (Ron Lute) of New Philadelphia, Jeannette Leidner (Rick) of Paris, Tina Melville of Richmond, Crystal Pickens (Doug) of Carrollton, Kandi Richard (Mike) of Canton, Robin Hanshaw (Glenn) of Carrollton and Joseph E Baxter Jr. of Navarre; his siblings, Betty Ann Baughman of Texas, Darlene McCarty of Carrollton, Donna Johnson (Butch) of Carrollton, Joyce Baxter of Tappan Lake and Larry Baxter (Bonnie) of Uhrichsville; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces; nephews; family members; and friends.
