He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann McLoney; and his brothers, Dr. Earl and Dale McLoney. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Billotte (John) of Apex, NC and Roger McLoney (Sandra) of Canal Winchester; his grandchildren, Julia Cowden (Andrew), JoEllen Billotte, Eric McLoney (Amber) and Nathan McLoney (Neela); and his great grandchildren, Will, Eve McLoney, Shelby and Oliver Cowden.
