We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 64, John David Saffell of Carrollton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Saffell and Bernice Saffell; his sister Emma Saffell; his grandsons, David and Scott Irwin; and his nephew Ira Beard III.

He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Saffell; his children, John Saffell Jr. (Tessa) of Scio and Christina Irwin (Matthew) of Alliance; his grandchildren, Daniel and Allison; and his sisters, Connie Vint (Harry) of Amsterdam, Peggy Beard (Ira II) of Scio and Cindy Guy (Elmer) of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
