He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Eick and Martha Eick (Lotz); and his siblings, Richard Eick and Sarah Eick. He is survived by: his children, Lorrin Eick, Terry Eick (Chris), Tim Eick (Sandy) and Cindy Campitelli; his siblings, John Howard Eick (Ruth), Dorothy Carter (Joe) and Cathy Scott; and his great grandchild Ruth White. He is also survived by sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the Mineral City Church of the Nazarene, PO Box 325, Mineral City, OH 44656.
