She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence O. Eick and Martha A. Eick (Lotz); her children, JoAnne Jones, Susan Sweebe and Stuart Carter; and her brothers, John, Richard and James Eick.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Carter; her children, Jeanette Accettola (Dominic), Jackie Wilson (Maurice) and Steven Carter; and her sister Catherine J. Scott. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
