She was predeceased by: her parents, Williard F. Carter and Alice Carter (Ferrell); her husband Asher Lee Wiley; and her sister Edith Lenigar (Robert). She is survived by: her sister Barbara (Paul); and her children, Randy Wiley (Debbie), Robin Richards (Steven), Ricky Wiley (Lori) and Tonya Wiley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
