She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kibler and Helen Miller Kibler; her husband Joseph F. Seck; her former husband Joe Sanor; her son Joe H. Seck; and her sister Edith Zwahlen.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Seck (Vikki) of Carrollton and Sherry Casper (David Alazaus) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Zach Casper (Allida), Zeph Casper (Heather), Zeb Casper (Amy) and Ashli Seck; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Dakota, Colton, Brody, Zoe and Aiden; and her daughter-in-law Rose Seck.
The family asks that donations be made in Arla's name to either Carroll Golden Age Retreat, 2202 Kensington Road, Carrollton, OH 44615, or Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
