He was predeceased by: his brother Ralph Harper. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Natalie Harper (Markus Kruse), Matthew Harper (Carolyn) and Joshua Harper; his grandchildren, Braden Harper, Kettrick Harper and Deacon Pinson; and his sister Joyce Davis (Frank).
