He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his grandchildren, Tom Rocco and Kristen Rocco. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Russell and Don Russell (Cindy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; his sister; his 3 brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
