She is survived by: her children, Daniel Cook (Linda) and Deborah Wagner (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Clayton Cook, Cory Cook (Alyssa), Barry Cooper, Sydney Straub Cooper, Shelbey Straub and Sierrah Straub; her great grandchildren, Cole, Wren, Quinn Cooper and Sadie Mae Perry; and her nieces and nephews, JP Pritchard (Paula), Cheryl Cook Tharp, Diana Cook Gordon, Janet Cook Krumm and Gregory Henley.
