She is survived by: her husband Phil Phelps; her children, Juanita Radolec (John), Denise Teehan (Tim), Brian Boner (Shuchun) and Brenda Kocsis (Ted); and her brother Tim Shultz (Reba). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
