Jenkins of Carroll, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rayburn and Evelyn Rayburn (Wiley); her daughters, Tina Marie and Nina Faye; her siblings, Robert, Royal, Wayne Rayburn, Betty Whitt and Mary Ann Clark; and her son-in-law Doug McDowell.
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Jenkins; her children, Teresa McDowell, Brain Jenkins (Sandy) and Arnold Jr. Jenkins (Cherri); her son-in-law Bob Langley; and her brothers, George, Harold, Steve, Tom, Jim and John Rayburn. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
