He was predeceased by: his mothers, Pearl and Florence; his siblings, William, Dudley and Roseanne; and his daughter Patsy Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Faye "Buggs"; his children, John "Phillip" (Tammy), James "Jamie" and Veronica Simonis (Doug); his grandchildren, Josh, Nick, Tommy, Sam (Lauren), John, Matt, Jake, Ben, Ashley, Becky, Sydney, Casidy and Mary Jane; and his sisters, Edna Meredith, Ruth Anderson and Joan Irwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as countless friends and extended family.
