He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert P. Harper and Eunice Harper (Snider); his stepmother Helen Harper; his children, Cathy Harper Lee and Jacob Harper; his siblings, Robert P. Harper, Jr. (Connie), Peggy Harper, Patsy Neff (Ernie), Larry Harper (Tina) and Joyce Davis (Jeff); and his granddaughters, Calista and Miah. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
