He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Parsley; and his siblings, Ruth Pinson (Frank), Maggie Peters (Lewis), Jessie Nowlin (Virgil), Mary Ann Dimock (Harold), Virgil Parsley (Bill) and Samuel Paul Parsley (Sharon).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Parsley (Dawson); his children, Debbie LeMaster (Johnnie) of Paintsville, KY, Marc Evan Parsley (Donna), Carroll and Sheila Dawn Sedlock (Brian); his grandchildren, Brandi Collins (Joe) of Paintsville, KY, Amber Ratliff (Craig) of Paintsville, KY, Evan Parsley, Maggie Parsley, Brenna Parsley, Jessie Sedlock of Annapolis, MD and Hogan Sedlock; his great grandchildren, Braxton of Paintsville, KY, Baron of Paintsville, KY, Blair of Paintsville, KY, Gunner of Paintsville, KY, Griffin of Paintsville, KY, Chessa of Paintsville, KY and Grier of Paintsville, KY; and his brother John Lloyd Parsley (Myrna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
