We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2020, at the age of 87, Betty Carpenter in Carroll, Ohio, born in Walton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Leander and Nettie Mable Hubbard (Beard). She is survived by: her children, Greg Carpenter (Diane) of Lancaster, Cheryl Sampson, Brian Carpenter (Darla) of Lancaster and Brett Carpenter (Daye) of Amanda; and her sister Doris Williams of Charleston. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
