She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Perry and Lucille Perry; her husband William Pugh; her son John Pugh; and her brother Richard Perry.
She is survived by: her children, William Pugh (Theresa) and Teri Lent (Shawn); her sister Scarlett Cline; and her sister-in-law Karen Perry. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
