He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Jenkins and Ressie Jenkins; his wife Juanita Jenkins; his daughters, Tina Marie Langley and Nina Faye Jenkins; his siblings, Garland, Ben Jr., Jackie Jenkins, Marie Cobb, Beatrice Craft and Josephine Lee; and his son-in-law Douglas McDowell.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa McDowell, Brian Jenkins (Sandy) and Arnold Jr. Jenkins (Cherri); his son-in-law Bob Langley; and his siblings, Timothy, Larry Jenkins, Jerrel Hougland, Janet Johnson and Debbie Fetters. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
